Return Policy
Because of the nature of a subscription box, once we process the month’s box on the 1st, we can not stop the shipment or accept a return for refund of that month. If the item is broken during shipping, we are happy to send a replacement box for that month once you send us an email at hello@bitters.club
Refund Policy
Once you have submitted for a subscription, we can not refund that subscription. If you no longer wish to be a part of bitters.club, we ask that you suspend your subscription before the 1st of the month of your renewal date.
